At Dump Truck Kings, we take pride in providing quality vehicles and transparent transactions. Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase or service agreement.

 

1. Vehicle Sales — General Policy

All vehicle sales at Dump Truck Kings are considered final once the purchase agreement has been signed and payment has been received. We strongly encourage all buyers to:

  • Thoroughly inspect the vehicle in person before purchase
  • Request a pre-purchase mechanical inspection by an independent mechanic
  • Review all vehicle history reports and disclosures before signing
  • Ask questions about any concerns prior to completing the transaction

By signing the purchase agreement, the buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and are satisfied with its condition.

2. Pre-Sale Cancellation

A buyer may cancel a pending vehicle purchase before the purchase agreement is signed and funds have been transferred with no penalty. Once a signed purchase agreement and deposit have been received:

  • Deposits of up to $500 may be refunded at the sole discretion of Dump Truck Kings management
  • Deposits greater than $500 are non-refundable unless the vehicle was materially misrepresented
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@dumptruckkings.com

3. Post-Sale Returns

Due to the nature of commercial vehicle sales, Dump Truck Kings does not accept vehicle returns after the purchase agreement has been executed and the vehicle has been delivered or picked up, except in the following circumstances:

  • The vehicle was materially misrepresented in its listing (e.g., incorrect year, make, model, or mileage)
  • A significant undisclosed mechanical defect exists that was not visible during a reasonable inspection and was known to us at the time of sale
  • The title or ownership documentation is found to be defective or fraudulent

Any post-sale return claim must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of vehicle delivery or pick-up. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered.

4. Custom Installations & Equipment

Services such as dump system installations, chipper box installations, utility bed additions, and rack installations are custom orders and are non-refundable once the work has commenced. If materials have been ordered but work has not begun, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion, minus any restocking or ordering fees.

5. Financing Cancellations

If your vehicle purchase was financed through a third-party lender:

  • Cancellation of the financing agreement is subject to the terms set by your lender
  • Dump Truck Kings is not responsible for any fees, penalties, or cancellation terms imposed by the financing institution
  • Any refund owed on a financed purchase will be remitted to the lender in accordance with the loan agreement

6. Service & Repair Cancellations

For scheduled service, inspection, or customization appointments:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No charge
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: A $75 cancellation fee may apply
  • No-shows without prior notice: Subject to a $100 no-show fee

Fees will be waived at management’s discretion in cases of documented emergency.
